The Bath and West Showground prepares itself to once again fling its doors open to 10,000 ravers, as some of the biggest names in drum and bass, jungle and hard-dance touch down tomorrow for the 16th annual Westfest.
For one night only, six unique stages sport scarily good lineups featuring the heaviest DJs and MCs around – ‘the UK’s biggest indoor electronic music festival’, Westfest has certainly earned its hype.
Hosted in the superb Shepton Mallet venue, the stellar lineup will be matched by state-of-the-art production as Slammin Vinyl host a proper naughty 11-hour-long all-nighter, with the thumping basslines continuing to a wicked 6am.

A massive car park is available and will be open until 2pm Sunday, but being situated a short shuttle bus journey from Castle Cary train station means return tickets will be available for travel to and from for £5 – and Westfest warns rave-goers to not attempt to walk on the country roads.
With absolutely no dress code Westfest is made for expressing yourself, let loose as ravers assemble for the South West’s party of the year – and expect to see Halloween costumes littered throughout.
The biggest name in the industry – the drum and bass godfather Andy C – has been tasked to headline proceedings on the night and is supported on the main stage by DnB powerhouses SASASAS, the frightening basslines of the DJ Darkzy and an unmissable hardstyle performance as Ben Nicky and Darren Styles join forces for a special guest B2B, amongst so much more.

For filthy jump-up and earth-shattering rollers look no further than the One Nation stage, as they once again bring DnB royalty like Turno, Hazard, Danny Byrd, Benny L and K Motionz to the South West to provide their selection of tricks and treats.
Jungle Mania and Hardcore Heaven will also step up to deliver some of the finest selectors around – Macks Wolf b2b Joey Riot will have feet stompers moving from start to finish, while official 90s junglist Congo Natty AKA Rebel MC will bring the energy to keep you raving all night long.
Funkagenda take over the VIP area for a mix of old skool house and rave classics
It doesn’t stop there either, as HDUK bring with them a carefully curated lineup of hardstyle and gabba, and Funkagenda take over the VIP area for a mix of old skool house and rave classics.
Whatever stage you choose to watch the carnage unfold at, Westfest has something for every raver as it opens for its 2019 edition, looking set to be yet another sold out affair.
