Bristol titan Rob Smith is a true originator of the Bristol Sound, originally putting Bristol on the map in the mid 90s with Smith & Mighty, and continuing to influence the scene today under his dubstep moniker RSD. This Christmas he’s put his well-earned industry clout to good use, pulling together friends and connections from across the sonic spectrum on his All Kinda Styles multi-genre compilation album.
Packed full of exclusives, VIPs and unreleased tracks, 100% of proceeds from the 30-track album will go to Caring in Bristol, a charity who deliver countless projects year-round to help tackle Bristol’s homelessness crisis.

As well as contributions from RSD, the charity album features some of Bristol’s biggest and best, such as Tectonic boss Pinch, Peverelist, Laid Blak, Suv and DieMantle; as well as breaking Bristol talent including Vern & Milla and Ngaio with Cardinal Sound. There is also a couple of very special collaborations and international contributions from the likes of Dubmatix and Zion Train.
RSD announced the surprise album yesterday: ‘The word went out just last weekend to some of the finest artists, producers and labels. Each of them has kindly and generously donated a track or tracks, licence free, towards this multi genre boomkilla album.’
