The Motion team has once again outdone (already high) expectations for the first party to be held at its new open-air club opening this August: Yard.
Detroit pioneer and all-round genius Jeff Mills fronts the lineup for what is a very rare UK appearance – holding the potential to sell out the new 4000 capacity space all on his own.
However, joining him is fellow techno prodigy Seth Troxler and Bristol’s own house-turned-techno master Eats Everything. Plus, some intelligent euphoric techno from fresh face on the scene, Daniel Avery.
For a housier vibe with some UK funky and UK garage flirtation, Joy Orbison joins the getting-silly-now lineup

Other notable sets include Ostgut Ton’s (Berghain’s in-house record label) Tobias, and Brooklyn underground house head Octo Octa. Plus familiar faces Daisy Moon, Golesworthy and Gramrc, and Em Williams.
All this will be taking place across three stages from midday–10pm on 26 August throughout the newly developed outdoor areas incorporating the Crane Yard, and riverside spaces the Container Yard and Lock Yard.
