9 April // Pillow Queens

Pillow Queens will be stopping into Hy-Brasil for a night filled with infectious hooks, sharp arrangements and plenty of guitar riffs

Combining playful 70s garage rock with a postmodern sense of humour, Pillow Queens have come a long way since first forming the band on a basketball court in a park in Dublin. The DIY band released their first EP Calm Girls in 2016 and have gone on to conquer the masses with their infectious hooks and carefree style.

They will be stopping into Hy-Brasil this April for a performance jam-packed with well-thought lyrics, sharp arrangements and plenty of guitar riffs. Fuelled by punkish vibes, this band burns with an energy that is rarely paralleled and will no doubt provide a party atmosphere all night long.

Support will be provided by The Wine Mums, who will be sure to deliver their garage and pop-inspired sounds perfect for wiping away those Monday blues.
