Bristol’s own neo-soul supernova China Bowls is back with new single The Way following the success of her debut EP Talk, released on Bristol’s female-championing label Saffron Records last year. She’s celebrating with a party at Jam Jar Bristol.
Supporting her on the night will be UK slam champion, poet, musician and Sounds of Harlowe frontman Solomon OB, who will be delivering a live collaboration with Waldo’s Gift guitarist Alun Elliot-Williams. Also in support is electro-pop ambient trio 4th Project.
It’s BOYB with a £2 corkage fee to support the volunteer-run community venue.
