1 July // Lakota Carnival Day Party

The official alternative Carnival party is a joint effort from Lakota and some of our favourite local party crews including Who Cares and Cubana

In association with St Pauls Carnival CIC, Lakota brings us the official alternative Carnival party from 2 – 9pm. Tickets are £5, with all proceeds going straight back to the community interest company, to help make sure St Pauls Carnival 2018 has the comeback year it deserves.

The all day party will make good use of the venue’s indoor and outdoor spaces, with the help of some of our favourite local collectives, Who?¿Cares, Cubana, Parallel Dimensions, Buckfast Boys Club.

After a successful throwdown last year, the Who Cares?¿ crew are back in the Lakota Car Park all day long, this time teaming up with DJ Die’s GutterFunk label.

As always, they’re keeping their lineup secret, but their ridiculous roster of residents means we could see any of Addison Groove, Break, Dismantle, Gotsome, Hi5ghost, Kry Wolf, Komon, Joker, Jus Now, Kahn, My Nu Leng, Nyta, OH91, Phaeleh, Pinch or Woz, plus MCs Dread, Juma, Koast, Redders and Shadz.

That being said, the Gutterfunk linkup means that Dismantle, Addison Groove and Jus Now are likely to be on the lineup…
