Dark, intelligent, inquisitive; Lost the Plot Records present Nyatiti –  one half of the debut release from Bristol-based producer Entity.

Having surfaced in 2015, Neurofunk and tech-appreciating drum and bass events collective Lost The Plot have been busy earning themselves a solid name on Bristol’s underground. In 2018, they took the plunge with their own label, launching Lost The Plot Records with a collaborative release from label co-founders Creatures & Jestah (who head up Lost The Plot alongside third co-founder Billy Bones).

They followed up strong with releases from Extraction, Outcrier and Spanish duo Super Rush and Neoh, but 2019 marks the beginning of a new, fertile era for Lost the Plot with a number of high quality releases simmering under their belt.

‘After a great start to the label and some excellent feedback from top names in the industry, we are raising the output of the label in the number of the releases we put out, the quality of the visuals and the production of the tunes themselves’ says one third of Lost the Plot, Jestah. ‘Building on a solid start, we hope we can really start to make a name for ourselves this year, and this first release of 2019 is a great example of how we aim to continue.

‘Entity has been working hard behind the scenes to define his music, developing sound design and mixdowns to the distinct nature that he is sure to become known for.

‘Nyatiti is an assortment of deep techy kicks, neurofunk-style reece basses and tight cut stabs that are sure to raise the pressure on any dancefloor.’

Listen to Nyatiti in full before its official release on 4 March 2019 via Lost the Plot Records.
